Reflexology is not foot massage. It is an ancient healing art that suggest that your body is reflected in your feet, hands or ears. When pressure is applied by utilizing fingers thumbs to the specific “reflex points” in your feet, hands or ears...positive results of peace, relaxation and balance in the mind and body is achieved. It is the theory that there are over 7,000 meridian points lines as in acupuncture or acupressure that covers organs, musculoskeletal, nerves and hormonal systems. It is proven in a 9 year study to relieve PMS and improve sleep in elderly or or dementia patients. Can come to you if needed but travel time 45 minutes to 1 hours and for events or fairs; prices will vary. Contact me for more info! Refunds are given if service unable to be done on appointment date or time requested to client. No refunds for missed appointments the day of or no shows.
