In a World of Do-ing; Why not 'Undo?'

In a world of doing; why not undo? What I mean is when we meet someone in conversation; we also ask: “What do you do?” For work, for a living, for a hobby, for advice. Why don’t we slow down and ‘undo’ by not asking yourself or others: “What do you ‘undo?’ In a world of performance, goals, winning, working so hard, playing so hard; why don’t we minimize our stress by not taking the world so seriously? This world; we forget is so temporary. When we have a ton of things to do? Why not decompress and destress taking a few breaths and ask what do I need to ‘undo’ meaning what patterns of performance or lists to deem being worthy or valuable or loved do we need to take out of our list and to ‘undo.’ What things do I need to handle at all or is it a habit I undertook myself? Do I need to do it or can someone else? Can I ask someone to do it? It’s not a bad thing and you don’t have to be perfect. You can take a few things off your list you don’t need to do at all or do today or tomorrow. Did we create a relationship with others that you are going to multitask and not give relief to yourself when you deserve it. Why do we need to handle and have a conversation; “I don’t want to do this anymore and I would like to give it over to you or do we need to consider having this done at all? Do we do things to match an expectation of society, of community, of our elders and our lovers or children that we have outgrown and would like to stop. Well, my friend, step off the carousel or hamster wheel and stop doing it. Communicate plainly that I am not doing this any more and it’s not my responsibility anyway. No long explanations my friends.
Just plain and simple. No stress and be blessed…Take a slow pace and see how good life is all around you in nature and congratulate yourself not being a human doing but a human being. Reflect and reset and keep your life peace and your path simple. Simple is the best thing to do when you are overwhelmed. Take a breath, take a walk or stroll and you will laugh at yourself thinking your hero's cape no longer serves you or anyone around you. Be real, be simple and self loving and truthful and your life will have less anxiety. Take many slow breaths until you feel centered and be well. Be present and be uncomplicated or anxious or pressured. Relieve it by laughing and saying to yourself you aren’t what you do …you are what you are. A sacred divine being of light and God likes simple and how you do that same and be simple too. Peace to you. This conversation was with my daughter and we enjoyed it very much. I hope this simple blog is helpful to you, my precious bundle of peace and joy. Peace to you, ‘Aho’ and much love.
