Scapegoating Doesn't Resolve Anger

When someone is angry at your lifestyle because they are going through some trying times and you have nothing to do with what caused it; you can be sympathetic and pray for them and if approached then you can gently offer some support with words, or anything you can afford. You are not the Mother Teresa to rescue everyone who chooses to use you as the blame, target or scapegoat for their frustrations. If your gentle assistance you can sense would be returned with angry lashing for their outlet upon you...then you leave them alone. You don't need to be disrespected because they have been convinced they are not seen, valued and heard and everything avalanches in anger towards you as their outlet. Sorry nope not falling for that. You can find a therapist as even a therapist needs a therapist. You are not the punching bag for their predicament misplaced by their lack of finding the source that truly can help them. Until then distance yourself from others who try to direct their lashing of pain towards you as your pain. You don't need to accept their 'gift' and just don't bother it, ignore it and move along. Think of it as a lesson learned and find your own peace  in life. Their peace is a choice when they choose to move forward and ask for sincere help with the source that truly can. The first step is looking and seeking and keep seeking. Much love in truth. Don't let the avalanche of anger be a ball of anger with you in it. Anger doesn't heal anger. It's like anything else if the energy is negative the right positive comes from within first and then finding the positive is the journey and sticking to what works for you. Scapegoating is a revelation. Take care my loves.
