What are You in Gratitude for? July 16, 2026

What are you in gratitude for? Have you revisited the times you have felt gratitude sitting quietly or lying down and listening to your breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Do the breathing deep and slow 5 times and let your spine melt and connect to Mother Earth. Enjoy this reunion and let people, places and things go done your grounding cord and let go. It will dissipate in light and your are free to be your Divinity. Keep breathing softly and gently and lovingly to yourself. Allow this moment of stillness or reset to visit you in your mind, body, cells and spirit. Sit with this and breath with ease and peace. Ask yourself when you are ready: "What am I grateful for?" What do you think you are grateful and what is the first thing the pops into your mind?

In this meditational exercise I did with Headspace...I saw my Beloved...all the trials and journeys that reminded me to meet myself as sacred and divine again and if there were no challenges; there was no growth and I became grateful for his and my flaws, grateful for his and my imperfections and the fact that there is perfection in all the imperfections presented to us in human or living form or with situations and places...but in the end these will pass with breath, belief things will flow and be at ease. And so you become at ease taking this into your mind, body, heart and soul and in Union with their alignments become separates illusionary made into the whole. You are sacred and remember everything is temporary. Learn to laugh at yourself and be gentle and kind for reacting instead of taking a moment to breath and then respond calmly. Make amends when you can and express appreciation for your awakening, your realization and truth and make amends with yourself or anyone else and tell someone and yourself in the mirror: "I appreciate you;, I honor your and am so grateful for you and to be alive." Thank you Great Goddess, God and Spirit for this opportunity to share.

Walk with this prayerful reminder of gratitude today and learn to laugh at your silliness to take life so seriously that we don't see the blessings before us. Much loving and grateful hugs to you and all onwards.
