Self Love with the Egyptian Goddess- Nut

In this journey and meditation; I am told that we are needing a reset back to Sacred Self. To do this; we need to understand what self love is. Love is self, acceptance of self and with all the flaws and strengths we have. We must develop a way to write down a list of things we love about ourselves truly from our own perspective unbothered or influenced by our lovers, our children, our friends, affiliations, our spiritual or religious influences or teachers. If you naturally revert back to memories of the words you were told you were…there is some truth and there is personal perspectives of themselves in this. Try to breathe in and out and realize these words from others and memories or accolades or awards, certificates or merits are goals we have achieved but don’t identify who our Sacred Self is. 

Try to take in slow breathing breaths with your nose and release out through your mouth your falsities or others opinions or labels and just see it dissipate like stars in the skies that fall down when life is ended for them. We usually believe that if we wish upon a falling star; our dreams can come true but is that a Disney reference? We must look back at how things and premises of others influence us as truth and leave that behind. Finding the emptiness of our breath by letting go and taking a journey in to the cave of Mother Earth’s heartbeat. Your earthly body is protected and so is the sacred body for this venture. You land in a cave with a river passing you into the other side unknown and unseen but it circulates back to you. You feel the earth under you and you merge into the earth entering the water as you melt into sludge and mud into water and you become a clear river moving with the current. You are buoyant and you hear a heartbeat and it is Mother Earth’s heartbeat. You travel easily with the water as it circulates into the arteries and small caverns of her heart and you feel the love when you pass the arteries and caverns/ventricles into the flow back to where you return and keep moving in this pattern each time feeling her heart beat with increased love. She is the nurturer and supporter of all your needs and you are grateful. As you feel buoyant and full on love; you feel yourself stop and remerge with Mother Earth and take form and give thanks to Her and the reminder and healing of being love again. This is where you come from and this is where you will return.

As you leave tokens of appreciation for this with gems, incense, flowers; you venture out into the woods near a river bank and it is a sunny day. It is a calm and beautiful day in nature. You take a stroll feeling the love you are and are drawn to another cave. This is a cave glistening in the sunlight of stone. You come closer to the cave and you see it is a pink rose quartz stone entrance. How inviting and you enter. You feel a familiarity of this cave. Inside is a hollow chamber and there is rose quartz salt everywhere on the walls and on the ground. You see a tub of rose quartz smoothed out and the smell of roses is in the air. This is a sanctuary for you and you alone. You see the tub and as you draw near there are slippers and a robe so lush for you to enjoy. Without hesitation; you disrobe and enter the tub slowly taking your time. You are sinking into what you thought was warm rose water but instead is warmed rose oil. The aroma is so strong with the essence of self love, forgiveness and acceptance. As the oil goes to every crevice of your body. The parts you love and do not and you feel each is filled with acceptance and love when you sink in further and are caressed by these oils even in places you thought were dirty, were ugly and you find yourself in tears as you shed these tears you feel the love in parts you have ignored or judged and find yourself loving in wholeness and forgiving others or yourself most importantly for not loving fully yourself a flawed yet sacred being. You relax and feel the warmth of love and you breathe it in feeling the intensity of healing in pure love. You created this and you feel this. You come from love of the Creator and you are LOVE. You sit and feel this and surrender to the fact that this possibility is true. We must fully love ourselves and not be disturbed when others judge us or label us negatively whether known or unknown beings that do not service the full act of self love. When we love ourselves fully and strongly; we know that we can do things from love, engage in love, speak with love, walk with love, do with love and change the world together as a unit in love. You as love are so strong in love that you know that you can get out of the tub as our minds and body can imagine this moment to reset ourselves each day and engage with each other in love. You get out and put on the lush robe and slippers to walk to an altar where you light candles to remember and reiterate the lesson you’ve learned. You light: a blue candle of truth, a white candle of purity, a red candle of passion not in anger but in love and these surround a larger candle of soft pink of the fusion of passion and light of self love. You meditate on this journey and symbolism of this journey to come back to this and regain what you truly are…LOVE. As you leave the cave; you leave an offering of gratitude for this lesson and your journey outside. 

It has gone from daylight into evening. There are so many in the night sky. Then you are called by one of the stars to come to it. You float to the star that called you and you float into the Heavens of the Dark Night Sky. It is a journey to the Egyptian Goddess, Nut and she is there as the symbol of the dark vault of mystery. She is the one to help you embrace the unknown. Not knowing everything is a blessing as your journey you are floating towards the Goddess. She is a Goddess of embracing the Mystery and you embrace each other. You feel her power and you feel the mystery in her energy. She tells you that you are welcome and to let go of chaos, of depression, of anger and confusions and anxiety. In life we do not know everything and that is the beauty that leads us to the growth of discovery. Is there something you wish to discover and if you don’t get all the answers are you patient and understanding that it is neither the time or needed? We do not need to be pressured to know it all and to have all the answers in life. It keeps us curious and with the curiosity helps us go on a journey to a mystery and what we are learning is to trust in the journey not the answer and that is the mystery and be fine with it. You thank Nut for this lesson and gift her something of gratitude for this lesson as well. You float back into your earthly body to take all that you have transformed in love, being in love and walking and talking and being in love.

With us being in love with Sacred Self that we are not busy separating with the negatives and in love we find the answers and commonality to re-create a world we all can thrive via love, being love and developing systems of love. This is the story I share with you today. Embrace the mystery as it may unfold or not but focus on Sacred Self in Love and with Love and Being Love and Unifying in Love. May you understand the different kinds of love we have for each other and thrive in being alive in Love. Living a life of love is the answer and the mystery is what leads us to growth and maybe not the answer you thought but have a “Happy Love” Day onwards.
