Gossip is a poison that can reflect the opportunity to look deeply at yourself to see why you enjoy the rumors or belief others need to be less for you in your illusion of gaining value, love, inspiration and power. This is destructive and in the long run; the more you find comfort in hurting others; the more you tear down the possibility of your own exploration and self love. When you cannot feel the love for you and grow from it; then honestly looking at yourself will help

Reiki Level I and Emergency Healing 7/2/2022
Today my students of Reiki I did work on me after teaching them emergency healing technique for a dying man. I needed some work done on me. They readily and lovingly did the work. I was getting work done on me after the Emergency Healing Session of the 99 year old man; and saw myself as a white buffalo in the plains and my head was so massive and swaying back and forth. What Freedom? Are You a Sheep or a Wolf?
7/3/2016 What Freedom? Are You a Sheep or a Wolf What Freedom Wednesday. It was very nice. I was dressed as an inmate, LOL, Corey Wagner as the inspirational cop playing drums LOL and Eden Marie & friend bodypainting herself. It was a pleasure preparing s'mores and having to burn sparklers and listen to spoken word guests. Ah yes, the meditation: Are you a Sheep or Wolf?
