Gluten & Vegan Possible Chocolate Truffles by Blue Thunder
Gluten and Vegan Chocolate Exotic Truffles - No Bake
¾ cup gluten free flower
4 Tablespoons or more of unsweetened coconut powder
1 Tablespoon honey
¼ cup unsweetened cacao powder or hot chocolate powder
(reserve other part for later)
Take a pinch of cardamon ground or a tiny pinch of saffron
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup coconut oil
Crushed or nuts in pieces (optional)
Add 3 - 4 Tablespoon Irish Baileys or Port wine or Rum/Bourbon
Mix all ingredient. Add more oil if the ingredients are very dry til
Thick must moistened enough like clay to mold.
Then on waxed paper lay flat. Take the cacao or hot chocolate powder
In a bowl. Take the mixture and roll into small truffle size balls and roll
Lightly in cacao powder or jimmy’s or sprinkles and place enough space
Separately and chill about 20 minutes then put in baggies flat size and
Freeze. Take out for 20 minutes to serve with port wine, charcuterie or
Cheeses or fish (smoked) and olives and capers with crackers (gluten free).
