Meatless Meatballs - Gluten/Egg/Diary Free


Take one packet of beyond meatless ground or take any meatless ground

Take 2 Tablespoons tomato sauce

Take olive oil

Take 2-3 teaspoons of garlic powder

1/4-1/2 teaspoons red chili powder

You can add dry ingredients depending on your type of meal (Asian spices/African/Mexican/American herbal) If you want Italian then proceed below

I added ground dry oregano 2 teaspoons

1-2 teaspoons dried basil

red wine vinegar 2 to 3 Tablespoons

2 fresh vine or diced can of tomatoes


In other pan, heat up 1 cup water with salt

Add quinoa 3/4 to 1 cup and stir til the grain has clear little tails

Drain and cool.
